JOB DESCRIPTIONThe role is for an experienced, hands-on IT professional who is skilled in proactively analysing data attributes, linkages and interdependencies to identify and correct anomalies and facilitate maintenance of a logical Consent Order plan. It also entails addressing plan queries from various Stakeholders and completing analysis and research to propose solutions to resolve those queries. This role will liaise with many senior stakeholders and multiple teams to obtain the needed information to drive plan changes. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a strong understanding of the Consent Order plan, milestone linkages and interdependencies and develop a robust data analytics function to continuously review the plan for any irregularities.
- Establish appropriate checks and balances and controls that will prompt identification of plan outliers in a more systemic manner.
- Work with Stakeholders who raise plan queries and drive those to conclusion by proposing logical solutions.
- Lead the development of analyses, compelling presentations and meeting materials that will move stakeholders to action. Stakeholders can include regulators and senior internal clients.
- Work with the change management team and impacted stakeholders to facilitate change request process that will enable plan correction and ensure plan hygiene.
- Establish a robust process and mechanisms to store the data used for data analytics to support any future audit and/or regulatory queries.
- Proficient in developing charts and graphs to visually represent the data findings for Executive friendly presentations and/or communications.
- Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior management.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Banking, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Partner, collaborate and work with other areas within Client, as necessary, to come up with the best solutions/decisions.
- Influence diverse stakeholders at various levels of seniority without direct reporting relationships to ensure appropriate response and sense of urgency.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets to proactively identify data issues and develop plan/timelines to correct those anomalies.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to meaningfully interpret data and draw out executive friendly insights for Senior Stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast moving and complex environment with proactive demeanor to pick-up complex and new topics and deliver on them.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team-oriented, organized.

- Process mapping, consulting, audit skills are desirable.
- Financial services and Regulatory reporting experience is a Plus.
- US Financial Regulatory reporting process understanding is a plus.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Technology/Data Management/Information Systems Certification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or technology.
- Strong plus if one has experience with regulatory or consent order type of projects, or audit.
Notes on Team - My team are a very small group of resident experts on a complex Regulatory plan with commitments through 2027; we are drowning in analysis and cannot keep up with demand and don't have very strong analytical people on the team to whom we can delegate the work. Therefore, need help to perform key data analysis with strong attention to detail and ability to clearly articulate conclusions drawn from data analysis and associated recommendations.
