Lead Consultant, Transportation Management Systems

Primary Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supporting, configuring, and deploying Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules or comparable logistics enterprise systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse array of team members, including executives, managers, end users across various business sectors, technology professionals, and subject matter experts.
- Adept in data collection and analysis aimed at providing solution recommendations and validation from a data and information flow perspective.
- Strong capability to work efficiently under time constraints, adapt to changing priorities, and operate independently.
- Ability to deliver reliable solutions to a variety of challenges using effective problem-solving techniques, including identifying root causes and corrective actions for given issues.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum of three years' experience as a systems or functional analyst.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical and business experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PL/SQL (Programming Language/Structured Query Language) or other programming languages.
