Job Summary

The Manager of Omni Network and Strategy Analytics will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a centralized data environment, leading strategic analytics initiatives, and managing stakeholder relationships. This role involves translating complex Omni data into actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain Omni Reporting Analytics databases, improve ETL processes, and collaborate with stakeholders for seamless data integration.
  • Create detailed BI reports, develop tools for strategic planning, and manage Power BI workspaces.
  • Lead improvement projects, perform advanced analytics, act as the primary analytics expert, and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Apply techniques like machine learning, build analytical models, conduct root cause analysis, and implement data-driven insights.
  • Promote BI tools, educate team, facilitate usage, and continuously evaluate and adapt resources.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years' experience in managing Big Data.
  • Excellent analytical and modeling capabilities, with Supply Chain Guru or Python as a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and advanced problem-solving skills. Experience with Machine Learning is a plus.
  • Required proficiency in Excel and BI tools, including GCP, Looker, and Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, with the ability to read and write SQL.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Strong presentation skills to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences.
