About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at QA Consultants Inc. as a Senior Consultant, TMS OTM. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and implementing Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules, as well as providing excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to interact with a diverse group of team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and configure OTM modules to meet client needs
  • Provide exceptional communication skills to interact with team members
  • Analyze data to provide solution recommendations and validation
  • Work effectively within time constraints and changing priorities
  • Provide reliable solutions to problems using sound problem-solving techniques
  • Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Three or more years of experience as a systems or functional analyst
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical and business experience
  • Intermediate to strong skillset with PL/SQL or other programming languages
