Job Title: Sales Executive - SaaS for Senior Living Communities

Location: Toronto, ON (In-office once a month)

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our footprint in the senior living community market, specifically targeting nursing homes across the US. You will leverage your experience in tech sales to generate and close deals, primarily through outbound efforts with some inbound leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the senior living sector.
  • Conduct phone sales, Zoom calls, and presentations to showcase our SaaS solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in nursing homes.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tech sales, particularly SaaS solutions.
  • Strong background in outbound sales with demonstrated success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills via phone and video calls.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Passion for improving the lives of seniors and their caregivers through technology.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50K - $60K
  • Commission of 5% on deals closed. The total compensation is expected to be approximately $100K in the first year.
