Fraser Physiotherapy is a new upcoming multi-disciplinary clinic in Edmonton with a comprehensive team providing physiotherapy, acupuncture and massage therapy services. We believe in a holistic approach to the healing journey of our patients.


We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate clinic manager to oversee all the reception operations and administrative work of the clinical staff and patients.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily operating procedures such as client bookings, sales, inventory, customer service, billing, therapists requirements.
  • Hiring and training of new reception staff member
  • Scheduling and shifts of the administrative staff
  • Assigning and delegating the task to the staff as needed
  • Delivering optimal patient experience regarding products and services offered
  • Tracking expenses and revenues, bills, transactions, invoices, third party payment tracking, and deposits
  • Maintaining the smooth flow of the clinic
  • Facilitating acquiring of new clientele and maintaining loyal clienteles
  • Sending letters and faxes to the other health care providers
  • Coordinating with adjusters and insurance companies
  • Strategies to improve the growth of the clinic
  • Ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for the clients and staff
  • Ability to meet the vision and mission of the clinic
Skills/Qualifications

Physiotherapy or Chiropractic Office/

Clinic Experience: 2 years (required):



  • Strong knowledge of JANE EMR software (preferred):

Experience with MVA, WCB and Extended Health Care Billing and Procedures (required):

  • Motivated, problem solver, strong attention to details, organized
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Team building approach
  • Experience with customer service, marketing, and business development

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour

  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Physiotherapy or Chiropractic Office/Clinic: 2 years (required)
  • JANE EMR: 1 year (preferred)
