- Assist Physiotherapists to implement patient treatment plans including modalities and instruction of therapeutic exercise
- Communication with practitioners
- Responsible for clinic cleaning duties as directed
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Coordinate with owner and assist in plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, ordering supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance as required
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Ability to carry out
- Train staff
- File control (invoicing out every >30 days) and tracking expenditures (tracking and filing company receipts and write offs for company's accounting department to process)
- Perform data entry
- Oversee payroll administration
Qualifications & Core Competencies
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- High degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Experience in a Physiotherapy clinic an asset
- Experience in a Chiropractic clinic an asset
- Experience in Kinesiology is an asset
Knowledge and experience of Jane App is mandatory:
Knowledge of Quickbooks is mandatory
