Résolution des problèmes techniques concernant l'ensemble des plateformes associées
Améliorer les défis techniques existants liés à la mise en œuvre du logiciel
Produire des documents de formation et des présentations à des nouveaux utilisateurs (via Powerpoint/ Google Slides).
Expérience significative avec la technologie, les projets technique et la téléphonie.
Expérience en téléphonie, salesforce (lite), SMS, Email (un atout)
Bon sens de la logique et de résolution de problème face aux données et aux intégrations
Expérience en analyse et helpdesk (un atout)
Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français

Reporting to Senior Marketplace Manager, the Platform Analyst will be responsible for managing all aspects of the top of funnel tech stack. You'll be leveraging data insights and strategic analysis to optimize platform performance and enhance user experience in the digital landscape.

Managing telephony: outbound campaigns, inbound campaigns and IVR, SMS stack, ANI and DNIS management, and adjacent softwares (Salesforce)
Background in telephony, salesforce (lite), SMS, Email (nice to have)Marketing Mix Lists Management, Call Cadences, Customer touch points
Upgrading existing infrastructure with new software as directed
Troubleshooting technical issues related to the top of funnel user base and across the organization on relevant platforms
Improving existing technical challenges related to software implementation
Providing training documentation and presentations to groups of new users (via Powerpoint / Google Slides)
Strong track record or enthusiasm with technology, technical journeys, or telephony
Enjoys logics, puzzles, data, integrations
Experience in analysis & helpdesk (nice to have)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French
