Marketing Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analyst with a strong focus on Paid Media to join our global client's team for a 12-month contract. This fully remote role is open to candidates across Canada. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and a talent for turning complex numbers into actionable insights that drive business success.Key Responsibilities:Perform in-depth analysis of Paid Media data to support marketing initiatives and strategies.Demonstrate expertise in Advertising/Paid Media, data landscapes, standardized reporting, and analysis to enhance performance across multiple channels.Combine data from various sources to create comprehensive and actionable insights, transforming raw data into forms compatible with downstream sources, databases, and visualizations.Develop and present compelling stories from data findings, providing clear, actionable insights to the Marketing organization and other stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and enhance the efficacy of Paid Media approaches.Use data analysis tools to track performance metrics, build and maintain dashboards, and optimize marketing efforts.Proactively support business needs by leveraging data and insights, providing actionable recommendations to optimize Paid Media investments.Ensure data quality, completeness, accuracy, and reliability across multiple pipeline components by using queries, data wrangling, and statistical techniques.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, SQL, or Python.Proven experience with Paid Media data analytics and Adobe Analytics.Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, actionable manner.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Experience in planning and creating efficient data transformation techniques and operations.Experience in a global organization will provide this Marketing Analyst with a huge advantage.If you have a passion for data and enjoy storytelling, translating numbers into insights that drive business outcomes, we encourage you to apply.
