What your responsibilities will be:

  • Analyze and troubleshoot circuits using electrical schematics and manuals.
  • Author, validate, and approve customerfacing documentation including product installation and testing instructions.
  • Make critical decisions about product solutions based on product and customer requirements.
  • Meet deadlines for multiple projects while working with teams and reporting to project managers.
  • Utilize drafting software to generate accurate and detailed electrical schematics.
  • Work with our internal teams on complex projects and and grow your technical experience and expertise.
  • Be a point of contact for customer facing inquiries.
  • Controls or electrical engineering degree or diploma.
  • Effective technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge to interpret and work with electrical schematics.
  • Experience with EPlan or similar drafting software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self motivation to problemsolve and multitask effectively.
  • Functional experience with PLC hardware and software is an asset.
  • Potential ability to travel internationally.
