We are seeking an enthusiastic and diligent individual to join our Administration Team at Orbis Investments. Our office is in the Metrotower Office Complex in Burnaby.


Our flat management structure emphasises contribution over seniority, which means if you excel you will have the opportunity to take on a varied and diverse set of responsibilities.

This is a full-time, permanent, in-office role.

You may have the opportunity to:

  • Support our 'on-demand' front desk reception and contribute to a dynamic Administration Team
  • Assist with various People processes including Recruitment & Onboarding and Learning & Development
  • Proactively schedule and organise internal and external meetings
  • Plan and execute events, i.e., team outings, happy hours, town hall meetings, and small group training sessions.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and third parties

Who you are:

  • You have prior experience in administration and/or Human Resources
  • You may have an undergraduate degree, with a strong academic record
  • You have excellent people skills and can easily build relationships with others
  • You are highly organised and able to communicate effectively
  • You have a flexible attitude and are happy to adapt to the changing needs of the business
