Uncompromising focus on customers and total commitment to safe delivery are the hallmarks of our business.Azora is seeking an office administrator manager in Vancouver, Canada. The position will be located in our main office in Vancouver.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintaining the current filing system, including creating new client files and organizing existing files in to the appropriate cabinets and binders
- Administrative and office management skills
- Rental management and some marketing materials preparations skills
- Entering client data/data entry into quickbooks accounting software
- Preparation of bank and other account reconciliations
Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
- Exhibit utmost professionalism when communicating with clients, whether verbally or in writing.
- Possess excellent time management skills and punctuality.
- Ability to take initiative to meet deadlines
