Admin Assistant/receptionist

Applicants must have prior experience as an office assistant, showcasing exceptional computer proficiency, a personable demeanor, and the capability to work independently in a demanding environment.
This position requires someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and adept at multitasking.The role involves managing incoming calls with professionalism, filing and organizing tax documents accurately, assembling tax returns with precision, and handling a variety of general office tasks and errands to ensure smooth operations.
Our office hours vary seasonally:
from May to February, the work schedule is 9 AM to 3 PM, extending to 9 AM to 5 PM in March and April to accommodate the busy tax season.

$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
