**The Position - Part-Time Receptionist**

Our team is looking for a full-time receptionist to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, motivated, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**A Day in a life of our receptionist will include**:
Customer Engagement & Experience - Welcoming customers and finding out what their purpose is for coming in. The “can-do” attitude in finding solutions for our clients.

Administrative Tasks - Managing phone calls, directing customers to the appropriate department or person, book and confirm appointments, managing supplies, service customers daily general requests, and overall being able to provide that “WOW” experience.

Furthermore, if you have experience with the following you'll definitely be considered as the complete package
- Operating a 3-line switchboard
- Customer service
- Processing payments
- Balancing cash
- Supporting sales & admin staff
