Responsabilités principales :
- Stratégie et gestion financière : Piloter la stratégie financière à travers nos différentes unités d'affaires au Canada et aux États-Unis, en se concentrant sur l'optimisation des ressources et l'amélioration continue des performances financières. Cela inclut la gestion du processus budgétaire, la revue régulière des résultats financiers (mensuel, trimestriel et annuel) et la mise en place d'indicateurs clés de performance.
- Leadership et gestion d'équipe : Diriger et développer une équipe multidisciplinaire tout en promouvant une culture d'entreprise basée sur l'innovation et le respect mutuel. Mettre en place les structures d'équipe adéquates selon les besoins de l'organisation, soutenir les ressources dans leur développement et veiller au respect de leurs objectifs.
- Fusions et acquisitions : Jouer un rôle clé dans l'intégration des nouvelles acquisitions pour soutenir l'expansion de l'entreprise et consolider notre présence sur le marché international. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction pour fournir des projections et prévisions financières nécessaires à la prise de décision stratégique
- Gestion de l'information financière et contrôles : Anticiper les défis potentiels en ayant une compréhension approfondie de notre modèle d'affaires et standardiser les pratiques en matière d'analyse comptables. Suivre et mettre en place des contrôles internes robustes pour assurer la conformité et la précision des données financières.
- Planification et collaboration : Planifier efficacement le travail et les ressources en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes. Utiliser des outils avancés tels que Microsoft D365 et Power BI pour créer des rapports de gestion qui appuient les opérations et la stratégie financière.
Profil recherché
- CPA; Expérience requise : Minimum 15 ans d'expérience en gestion financière, idéalement dans un environnement multinational ainsi que dans des contextes multi-sites et multi-juridictions. Une expérience significative dans la gestion d'équipes multidisciplinaires, notamment dans des services partagés, est essentielle.
- Leadership : Capacité démontrée à motiver et inspirer les équipes, favorisant une culture de collaboration et d'excellence au sein de l'entreprise. Nous valorisons un leadership qui mobilise et influence positivement tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
- Expertise stratégique et opérationnelle : Maîtrise de la gestion de la performance, de la stratégie d'entreprise et des processus d'intégration post-acquisition.
- Analytique : Forte inclination pour l'analyse de données, avec une curiosité pour approfondir la compréhension des dynamiques de l'industrie.
- Bilinguisme : Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais, essentielle pour communiquer efficacement dans nos opérations diversifiées.
