Your tasks will be to:
- Perform client consultations, generate sales, and meet targets.
- Answer and screen calls and schedule and manage appointments for the clinical team.
- Provide a professional, friendly experience for all clients and visitors, whether via phone, online, or in person.
- Checking clients in and out; billing.
- Knowledgeable on all medical spa services and retail products.
- Assist in scheduling client follow-up visits.
- Maintain accurate scheduling in booking software, follow-up calls, and appointment confirmations.
- Prepare daily financial and end-of-day closing reports.
- Effectively manage inventory.
- Clinic opening and closing.
- Promote clinic services and products.
- Other varied duties as requested by senior management.
