Nantel McDiarmid est à la recherche : d'un.e Gestionnaire de catégorie et d'approvisionnement

En étroite collaboration avec la directrice de l'approvisionnement, le ou la gestionnaire de catégorie aura l'opportunité de contribuer à l'avancement des grands projets stratégiques en matière de gestion des catégories et d'approvisionnement.

Description du rôle :

  • Participer à l'implantation d'outils et de projets touchant les orientations, les stratégies, les politiques et les procédures afin d'assurer une saine gestion des inventaires et du portfolio de produits;
  • Superviser les activités de l'agent à l'approvisionnement ;
  • Maintenir une bonne relation avec les fournisseurs actuels, négocier les ententes et promotions et préparer les revues annuelles;
  • Évaluer les opportunités d'affaires avec les fournisseurs actuels et potentiels selon la complémentarité du portfolio et émettre des recommandations;
  • Soutenir l'utilisation de tous les outils d'analyse en place et mettre en œuvre des mécanismes pour maintenir la base de données du ERP à jours des modules de votre champs d'activité
  • Assurer la performance des catégories en effectuant des analyses, fournissant des recommandations claires et en mettant en œuvres les actions permettant de respecter les indicateurs de performance
  • Coordonner l'intégration interne et le lancement au marché des promotions et des nouvelles offres commerciales en collaboration avec les équipes de vente, marketing, opérations et logistique;
  • Collaborer en tout temps avec les équipes de ventes, opérations et logistique afin d'optimiser les processus (réunions S&OP).

Profil recherché :

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires avec option ou intérêt marqué pour la mise en marché, la logistique et la gestion de projet.
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion des catégories et de l'approvisionnement.
  • Bonne connaissance des achats indirects et expérience dans la mise en place d'une stratégie et de processus d'achats auprès d'une clientèle variée au sein d'une moyenne entreprise.
  • Compétences informatiques démontrées, notamment avec les applications Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), une aisance avec des logiciels de gestion intégrée (ERP) est requise, une maîtrise de Fidelio et Supply Line serait un atout.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite/verbale en anglais et français) et solides compétences interpersonnelles, avec une aptitude avérée à la négociation.
  • Orienté résultats, marque et expérience client (CX).
  • Capacité démontrée à travailler harmonieusement, efficacement et en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements de l'entreprise dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
  • Capacité à gérer simultanément une multitude de projets.
  • Compétences analytiques et résolution de problèmes.
