**Gestionnaire de catégories - Sur place (9300 Transcanadienne, Ville Saint-Laurent, QC)**

En tant que Gestionnaire de catégories pour une chaîne de restauration, vous serez responsable de la gestion de catégories spécifiques de produits dans plusieurs établissements afin d'assurer la disponibilité, la qualité et la rentabilité des articles du menu. Vous collaborerez avec différentes parties prenantes, notamment les chefs, les fournisseurs, les équipes opérationnelles et marketing, afin de développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à augmenter les ventes, améliorer l'expérience client et optimiser les coûts.

**Responsabilités**:

- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des plans de catégories pour les articles du menu, les ingrédients et les fournitures afin d'atteindre les objectifs de ventes, de rentabilité et de qualité.
- Effectuer des recherches et des analyses de marché pour identifier les tendances des consommateurs, les préférences et les activités des concurrents dans l'industrie de l'alimentation et des boissons.
- Collaborer avec les chefs et les équipes culinaires pour créer et mettre à jour les menus, en veillant à proposer une sélection variée et attrayante de plats correspondant aux préférences des clients.
- Identifier et évaluer les fournisseurs, négocier les contrats et gérer les relations pour garantir des ingrédients de haute qualité, des prix compétitifs et une livraison ponctuelle.
- Suivre et analyser les performances des ventes, la rentabilité des articles du menu et les commentaires des clients afin d'identifier des opportunités d'optimisation et d'amélioration du menu.
- Collaborer avec les équipes marketing pour développer et mettre en œuvre des campagnes promotionnelles, des offres à durée limitée et des stratégies de tarification visant à attirer les clients et augmenter les ventes.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles pour garantir une qualité constante des produits, une standardisation des recettes et une gestion efficace des stocks dans tous les établissements.
- Effectuer régulièrement des évaluations des produits et des fournisseurs pour assurer le respect des normes de qualité, des réglementations en matière de sécurité alimentaire et des objectifs de durabilité.
- Gérer le cycle de vie des produits, y compris les nouvelles introductions de produits, les modifications de menu et les discontinuations, en fonction des tendances du marché, des préférences des clients et des analyses de rentabilité.
- Rester informé des tendances de l'industrie, des nouvelles technologies alimentaires et des changements réglementaires ayant un impact sur le secteur de la restauration.

**Exigences**:

- Licence en commerce, en gestion de l'accueil ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience confirmée en tant que gestionnaire de catégorie ou dans une fonction similaire dans le secteur de la restauration.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la négociation et capacité à nouer et entretenir des relations avec les fournisseurs.
- Esprit analytique avec la capacité d'interpréter les données de vente, les rapports financiers et les tendances du marché pour prendre des décisions stratégiques.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles pour collaborer efficacement avec les chefs, les fournisseurs et les équipes interfonctionnelles.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à hiérarchiser les tâches dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Esprit orienté vers les résultats et axé sur la réalisation des objectifs et l'accroissement de la rentabilité.
- Connaissance des réglementations en matière de sécurité alimentaire et des normes de qualité dans le secteur de la restauration.
- Une expertise dans le domaine des produits frais et des produits jetables est un atout.
