My Fireplace is a dynamic high energy retailer of gas, wood and electric fireplaces. We are family owned and customer service centered, building relationships based on honesty and respect.

Our showrooms are beautifully appointed and carry the industries' widest range of product from over 14 established and respected manufacturers.

We are currently looking for customer service personnel for our London and St Thomas showrooms.


As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering friendly, courteous and exceptionally personalized customer, in person, over the phone and digitally.

Great communication skills are necessary.


As well as product knowledge and presentation you will be collecting client information, handling calls in a fast efficient manner, processing point of sale transactions, estimating and scheduling as part of the position.

Exceptional organization, competent computer skills and a willingness to learn are needed.

Full time hrs), rotating weekends: 9-5 Monday to Saturday availability.

Education:
post secondary preferred
