Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communications, marketing, and content strategies
  • Lead campaigns and manage logistics for high-profile events
  • Oversee content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency
  • Expand online presence with innovative digital marketing efforts
  • Manage budget and track effectiveness of strategies
  • Lead a team of external contractors and freelancers
  • Coordinate production of high-quality marketing materials
  • Create written and visual content for multiple channels
  • Identify opportunities for engaging content
  • Conduct market research and prepare analytics reports
  • Initiate and manage projects ensuring timely delivery
  • Collaborate with suppliers, sponsors, and partners

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in marketing, events, and PR
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, graphic design, and project management
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (English/French)
  • Passionate about music and cultural heritage
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities
