Job Title: Guestroom Attendant

Company: Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

Location: Whistler, British Columbia

Schedule: Minimum guaranteed hours - 30 hours/week, flexibility required as business volumes vary

Open Positions: Multiple

Language Requirement: English

Compensation: $24.05-$25.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and amenities
  • Provide turndown service and collect lost and found items
  • Assist guests with requests and provide information on hotel facilities
  • Perform cleaning duties in public areas and restrooms

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong commitment to service and teamwork
  • Clear criminal record check
  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
