Job Description Houseperson**First impressions are everything As a Housekeeping Houseperson you will take ownership of guest requests, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

Pay Rate:

$19.00 per hour

What you will be doing:

  • Respond to all Housekeeping and Royal Service calls, including guest deliveries and requests
  • Assist Room Attendants in bringing them required supplies
  • Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, public areas, and washrooms
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Your experience and skills include**:

  • Housekeeping experience is an asset
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
  • Excellent guest service skills

Physicals aspects include but are not limited to:

  • Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
  • Occasional lifting and carring up to 50+ lbs
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
