Job Description:

Accounts Receivable

What you will be doing:

  • Consistently offers professional, engaging, and friendly service
  • Primary Focus will be on Tour Account Billing and handling guest inquiries.
  • Additional tasks as assigned may include
  • Group Billing, attending group Pre Convention Meetings, Investigating Chargebacks,
  • Posting cash Mail Receipts, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous office administration or accounting experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Degree or Diploma in a related discipline an asset

Physical aspects include but are not limited to:

  • Frequent sitting throughout shift
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
