Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

- Grounds keeping:includes mowing grass, pulling weeds, planting flowers, trimming and pruning trees and shrubs, watering lawns and plants, replacing light bulbs along pathways and parking areas, sweeping or raking leaves, and tidying up bark or other ground covering.

Snow removal: includes shoveling, blowing or plowing snow away from covered walkways and driveways, and laying down rock salt atop icy surfaces to prevent slipping.

  • Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties
  • Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
  • Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
  • Install appliances and equipment
  • Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
  • Check functionality of safety systems
  • Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
  • Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license (G)
  • Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday
  • Experience using hand and electrical tools
  • Physical stamina and dexterity
  • Effective problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be wellorganized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.

$20.00-$25.00 per hour
