Responsibilities:
- Prepare and internally transport orders in preparation for shipping while completing all required documentation and following all applicable instructions and Health & Safety policies and procedures;
- Assist with Receiving and Logistics processes, as applicable;
- Participate in ongoing inventory and cycle count management;
- Inspect and report on maintenance of tools and equipment in the Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse areas;
- Ensure and report on quality of material and product before, during and following all applicable processes;
- Maintain production documentation, inventory and good housekeeping of work area(s).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) year of warehouse and/or manufacturing experience;
- Previous relevant experience as a material handler and/or forklift operator in a manufacturing setting;
- Forklift Operation Certification is considered an asset;
- Previous relevant experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Excellent time management, organizational and multitasking skills;
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail;
- Capability to work effectively and safely in a fastpaced and changing environment;
- Must be professional, punctual, reliable and willingness to learn;
- Must have ability to regularly lift, lower, carry, push and pull up to 100lbs with rotation;
- Must be physically capable of working in various positions for lengthy periods of time (sit, bend, squat, kneel, stand, walk)
