We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Superintendent to join our team at Wright Construction Services Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and implement construction schedules, including timelines and milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including project documentation, time sheets, and inventory.
- Registered Apprenticeship certificate.
- 5 years or more of experience in construction, or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Our construction sites are located in various locations, and you will be required to travel regularly. You will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a focus on quality and safety.
