YOUR MISSION:

As a member of the Righteous Marketing Team, your role involves Leading, Executing, and Growing the Experiences Business Unit, encompassing various customer-facing activities like the Righteous Cafe, Brand Activations, E-Commerce, and more.

Working under the Chief Opportunity Officer, you will ensure that every fan experiences the utmost Righteous experience by embodying the brand, sharing our narrative, and guiding the Experience team to success. The Righteous factory sets the stage for this experience - your role is to ignite excitement and passion in our fans.

From significant initiatives like Brand Sponsorships, Tours, and Tastings to the minor yet impactful details that enhance customer interactions, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our business to new heights.

A DAY IN THE LIFE - YOUR ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Embrace the brand and our core values while promoting our creations with enthusiasm.

  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety standards, and Quality Policies.

LEADERSHIP:

  • Manage significant Brand Experiences and Sponsorship projects, such as Calgary Folk Music Festival and Global Fest.
  • Pioneer innovative approaches to enhance processes, experiences, and revenue streams.
  • Identify cost-effective solutions and marketing prospects for our experiential offerings.
  • Develop and implement quarterly sales goals and strategies, focusing on experience-driven sales and individual performance enhancements.
  • Supervise all Brand Ambassadors' activities, ensuring product knowledge, scheduling, target attainment, and exceptional fan experiences.
  • Oversee gelato production for events and donations as required.

EXPERIENCE EXECUTION:

  • Host Gelato Academies, where you'll learn the art of gelato making and share our brand story.
  • Ensure inventory management and product availability for external platforms.
  • Manage sample orders, maintain product inventory, and seek operational enhancements.
  • Efficiently handle external orders, including coordinating with couriers and providing excellent service.
  • Coordinate with shipping partners to maintain inventory and fulfill orders.
  • Oversee daily inventory tracking and collaborate on new product development.
  • Maintain food truck readiness, secure permits, and oversee all activities related to gelato academies.
  • Handle free product distribution and coupon reconciliation monthly.
  • Manage ingredient and packaging stock levels for gelato academies.
  • Master the operation and maintenance of equipment for product quality.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and facilities.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • Lead communication for experiences and events, addressing inquiries promptly and managing feedback effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional fan experiences in every interaction with the brand.
  • Be the face and voice of Righteous, engaging with fans, partners, and online interactions with enthusiasm and positivity.
  • Support social media engagement and community management.
  • Organize Gelato Academies, manage registrations, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Assist in hosting Gelato Academies, guiding tours, and evangelizing the Righteous story.
  • Coordinate private classes, handle planning, invoicing, and preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness across facilities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's story and operations to share with fans.
  • Engage in diverse tasks, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Proven Project Management skills.
  • Understanding of Profit & Loss.
  • Preferred qualifications include Food Safe Certificate and experience in Food Services.
