You understand how the web works. You've built projects with many of the technologies we like to use such as JAM solutions with React/NextJS/Sanity, LAMP solutions with Wordpress/Drupal/SilverStripe, front end theming and animation with GSAP and , and you can quickly evaluate and understand the merits and paradigms of technologies you've never used before.

A day in the life
Working at an agency, you'll have the opportunity to work with various clients across a diverse range of industries simultaneously.
One day you might be swapping out in-site search technologies on a live website, looking at APIs of competing services and putting together estimates for sign off and implementation.
Another day you might lead the development of a front end pattern library to drive a new design of a client's digital ecosystem.
No day is the same.That said, there are a few activities that will likely take up most of your time
These include:
- Being the authoritative and reliable technology voice on your accounts.
- Collaborating with your developer team, the other disciplines of the project team, and the client to architect, estimate and describe a digital solution.
- Leading the daytoday technical delivery on projects, helping write code, supporting developers with their tasks, evaluating technology approaches and managing deliverables.
- Exploring industry trends, best development practices and solutions and empowering the team to grow their skills.
