Préparer et faire fonctionner des machines de coupe à commande numérique pour le métal et le fraisage, lire les instructions de réglage et les spécifications, charger des supports de contrôle contenant des commandes programmées dans la console de commande de la machine, ou saisir des commandes pour récupérer des données de contrôle programmées.

**Résumé du poste**:

- Documenter les matières et processus utilisés pour maintenir la traçabilité du produit.
- Utiliser une machine CNC de façon sécuritaire, notamment:

- Opère des machines à commande numérique pour le métal, le fraisage et la roulette à 3 axes pour la tôlerie.
- Couper les matières premières à la taille approximative nécessaire pour les pièces usinées.
- Fixer la matière première à la machine.
- Régler le matériel avant d'exécuter un programme, s'il y a lieu.
- Surveiller l'utilisation de la machine pour assurer le rendement adéquat du programme.
- Ébavurer les pièces terminées lorsque le temps le permet.
- Donner de la rétroaction au superviseur et au programmeur quant au rendement du programme et aux outils utilisés pour couper le matériel.
- Vérifier l'exactitude des pièces en utilisant des compas, micromètres et autres équipements de métrologie dans le cadre d'une inspection périphérique et signaler immédiatement toute pièce suspecte au superviseur.
- S'assurer que la machine fonctionne correctement et signaler immédiatement tout problème ou possibilité de problème au superviseur.
- S'assurer que la machine et les alentours sont propres et rangés, comme cela est exigé avant la fin du quart de travail.
- Entretenir adéquatement le fluide de refroidissement au besoin, notamment retirer les pièces de leur confinement, respecter le ratio de dilution adéquat, nettoyer et recharger la machine de liquide de refroidissement lorsque nécessaire ou demandé par le superviseur.

**Qualifications**
- ** Scolarité**: Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent, Diplôme d'une école technique ou professionnelle en usinage CNC est fortement recommandé et consiste un atout.
- ** Expérience**: De 1 à 3 ans.
- ** Compétences informatiques**: Connaissance de l'utilisation de base d'une machine CNC et compréhension du code G et M un atout ou la capacité à apprendre obligatoire.
- ** Autres compétences**: Capacité à lire et écrire en anglais à un niveau nécessaire au bon déroulement des tâches obligatoire. Capacité à lire des plans détaillés d'ingénierie un atout.
