Guest Service

Duties and Responsibilities Guide cast members to perform daily shift duties Ensure hotel policies and procedures are adhered to Show leadership through teamwork and continual agent development and training Complete daily shift reports Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner recognizing IHG Rewards Club Members as well as returning guests Assist Guest Services Manager as needed Take action to solve guest problems/complaints using appropriate service recovery guidelines Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service Perform other duties as assigned including guest room tours, concierge services, special guest requests, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements Oneyear supervisory customer service/front desk experience is preferred Some College/University education is preferred Must speak fluent English
