We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising staff, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with special needs and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Perform front desk duties, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Establish work schedules, enforce policies and procedures, and develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available to support guest services.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a standing position.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
