Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Assist guests with special needs, address customer complaints or concerns, and provide a high level of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are providing excellent service and meeting hotel standards.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving guest issues.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, including guest service standards and staff training.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of front desk supplies and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other hotel software systems.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
