Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and referrals. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition. Provide expert advice and guidance on selecting the most suitable office furniture solutions that align with their budget and preferences.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional post-sales support and addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet client requirements.

Market Insights:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market demands. Leverage this knowledge to provide valuable input to the product development and marketing teams.

Support:

  • Provide support to our in-store team when not prospecting or when asked by the manager

Administrative Allocation:

  • Maintain and complete all orders, quotes and any other necessary paperwork related to each sale. Diligently execute any other tasks assigned by the National Director of Sales or the Area/Store Manager. Proven Sales Success:
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably in office furniture, interior design, or related industry. - Industry Knowledge:
