Cohen's Beer Republic / Picaro Cocktails & Tacos.

We are seeking talented and experienced servers to provide exceptional service to our valued customers in our welcoming and vibrant environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide topnotch service to our guests by taking orders and delivering them with precision and care.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of our menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Engage with customers, answer their questions, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
  • Keep the dining area clean and organized, including setting and resetting tables.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient communication and service.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a fastpaced restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of our menu items, ingredients, and dietary information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and provide exceptional service.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to excel in a highpressure environment and adapt to changing demands.
  • Availability to work daytime and nighttime shifts, including weekends and holidays.
