Position Title:
Full-time Coffee Maker and Server


Robin's Coffee Shop is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-time Coffee Maker and Server.

In this role, you will be responsible for brewing and serving coffee to our customers in a fast-paced drive-thru environment.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all beverages are prepared to the customer's specifications and satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the drivethru area, kitchen, and customer seating area.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper hand washing, wearing gloves, and sanitizing work surfaces.
  • Assist with food preparation and service as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a coffee shop or restaurant setting preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Availability to work fulltime hours, including weekends and holidays.
