Fortinet has an exciting opportunity for a Release QA to join our Fortiguard operations team.

This is a unique opportunity to join an established team of experienced professionals to work on some of the most innovative network security products on the market.


Responsibilities:

  • Create test scripts and programs to facilitate QA tests
  • Optimize test cases and keywords to accommodate various test scenarios, while ensuring they remain flexible for test engineers to use
  • Continuous review and improve the automation testing process and implementation
  • Configure the testing environment to enable product testing, bug reproducing and verification

Qualification:

  • Currently a fulltime student pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Familiar with coding using Python
  • Skilled in programming with Linux shell script
  • Knowledge about TCP/IP networking and firewalls
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond quickly to system or service issues
  • Highly motivated, responsible, and a fast learner who takes initiative
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to collaboration effectively in a team setting
