Role Overview:

Reporting to the Manager, HR Administration, the HR Administrator will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support to the HR Team.

Responsibilities include processing employee transactions, supporting the HR team on initiatives, and enhancing processes and practices.


What you will do:

Manage all incoming internal employee requests promptly, assign tickets to HR team members, analyze data trends, provide recommendations, and implement improvements. Maintain employee data and files in the HR information system (HRIS) ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Assist with reporting, including regular and ad hoc reports and presentations on HR metrics. Support Payroll Administration, administer group health benefits and RRSP/DPSP program, liaise with benefit providers, and contribute to team initiatives. Bring a University Degree or College Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or similar field, with a minimum of 2 years' HR experience. CHRP designation or in progress. Positivity, energy, proactive attitude, customer-focused approach, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools. Combination of education and experience considered.
