THE ATTRACTION

Illuminarium Experiences is a digitally delivered, global experiential entertainment brand. Illuminarium creates, produces, markets, and manages immersive entertainment spectacles that are presented in custom-designed venues called "Illuminariums". What museums are to art, cinemas to movies and concert halls to music, Illuminariums are to experiential entertainment. With venues of approximately , square feet and + foot high ceilings, Illuminarium finds existing real estate and then custom designs the interiors, installing state of the art projection and sound systems. The result: Illuminariums become reprogrammable immersive theaters that surround visitors in a sensory space of x sight, sound and scale unlike any other.

THE ROLE

As a Retail Associate you'll also help guests navigate our interactive Lite-Brite themes retail store, enhancing their experience with stories of how each purchase contributes to real-world change. We strive to make every visit memorable, ensuring that guests feel cared for and inspired by the magic of Lite-Brite and the impactful narrative of our products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Knowledge of and adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures Ensure proficient and up to date knowledge of all Illuminarium products, promotions, and services Perform suggestive sales and advise/assist guests with purchases Maintain comprehensive and detailed understanding of Point of Sales systems and other utilized technologies Attend primary cash management and perform end of shift self-audit balance Remain well informed on stock availability, product details and product ranges both current and coming Assist in the protection of products and assets by effectively following procedures to prevent shrinkage Assist with retail operations including, but not limited to: pricing, inventory, stock movement and merchandising Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All applicants must be at least years of age High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred Minimum of years of guest facing Retail Experience in high volume environment, Prior proven experience in a high-volume retail environment; prior cash handling experience is required Basic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance bank Employee assumes responsibility for all monies at the assigned workstation and cashiers float Ability to stand long hours, lift and transport items weighing - pounds, occasionally pounds Ability to operate independently and with discretion and work effectively under pressure Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including: constant reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time Eye for detail, flexibility in daily tasks, problem solver, results oriented, commercially focused and self-motivated Ability to retain detailed information related to all Illuminarium products, promotions & services Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and management Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations including but not limited to Legends' COVID Preparedness Plan and Standard Operating Procedures, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training. Follow and encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training. Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company's risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported to you. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
