POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Retail Associate, you will play a crucial role in guiding guests through our interactive retail environment, sharing the impactful stories behind our products. Our goal is to ensure every visitor leaves with a memorable experience, inspired by the magic of our offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures consistently.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all products, promotions, and services.
- Engage in suggestive selling and assist guests with their purchases.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Point of Sale systems and related technologies.
- Conduct cash management duties and perform end-of-shift audits.
- Stay informed about stock levels, product details, and upcoming releases.
- Follow procedures to safeguard products and minimize shrinkage.
- Support retail operations, including pricing, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- At least two years of experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in a high-volume setting.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and customers.
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
