How this opportunity is different

We are looking to hire an experienced an Other than life "Commercial Risk" insurance actuary to support the Capital & Risk function in Canada. Within this role, you will be knowledgeable about enterprise risk management with strong analytical skills and the ability to build upon the existing framework and expand risk modeling tools, risk analysis and risk mitigation processes to assist in the enhancement of ERM for AON legal entities across various regulatory jurisdictions.

As an Risk Managing Actuary, you will report directly to Senior Vice President & National Practice Leader and have direct reports which include entry to mid-level colleagues.

  • FCAS is required.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Require strong computer skills; knowledge of ReservePro, @Risk ReMetrica and "R" would be valuable and
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
