Senior Vice President, Asset Management

Waterfront Toronto is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of its waterfront assets. As Senior Vice President, Asset Management, you will be responsible for driving the Corporation's real estate strategy, ensuring alignment with its long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Waterfront Toronto's real estate assets, including affordable housing and commercial spaces.
- Manage asset optimization and secure critical municipal approvals.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across government, non-profit, and private sectors.
- Lead and mentor development teams to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale urban mixed-use developments.
- Expertise in projects that integrate affordable housing, retail, commercial, and recreational components.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts, manage issues proactively, and mitigate unforeseen delays.
- Strategic negotiator with knowledge of sustainable urban development and smart city initiatives.
