We're looking for an experienced full-time Marketing Project Manager to join our team.

You will be a part of our core creative team and will be responsible for supporting our roster of clients.

You will collaborate with our team and our accounts to promote brands and coordinate their programs and campaigns.


You should have a strong command of best practices and trends in digital marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to build and convert a digital audience.

You'll be responsible for understanding and coordinating multiple projects and campaigns at any time and will have lots of flexibility in managing your schedule.


You should be comfortable working in creative and sometimes undefined environments to identify challenges and solidify marketing opportunities and strategies that you'll then go on to manage.

You should also enjoy communicating regularly with clients.


Although we're interested in what you know, we also care about who you are, your enthusiasm, your eagerness to learn, and how you can grow with us while you contribute to our and our clients' teams.

We have a hybrid work policy. You will primarily be working remotely in this position.

Still, you must also be able to attend regular weekly in-person meetings (currently 1-2 times per week) at our office in Kitsilano, Vancouver.

Responsibilities

  • Working alongside our strategic marketing director and our founders to create and align our clients' marketing strategies with our activities
  • Creating and managing projects against timelines, resources, and performance targets, including regular reporting
  • Managing any number of client projects through to completion, from a website redesign to a leadgeneration campaign
  • Translating client project requests, from directing client discussions or our "ticket management system" into project requirements and timelines
  • Working with external clients, internal team members, and an external team of contractors
  • Growing and nurturing external contractor relationships, including developing and directing creative requirements
  • Coordinating with our external creative and content teams on projects and requirements
  • Creating and managing our clients' content calendars for media and content, events, and social channels
  • Support social content promotion and engagement, including identifying crosspromotion opportunities with client partners
  • Managing the production of feature and short videos and other media for our clients
  • Actively collaborate with the creative team on creativity and strategy creation for client accounts.
  • Manage creative assets on behalf of our team and our clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years in marketing project management, preferably in an agency or multifaceted marketing environment
  • A strong problemsolver and technically capable
  • Creative, resourceful, and optimistic by nature
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailoriented, diligent and a selfstarter — you bring solutions to the table rather than waiting to be directed
  • Proven selfmanagement skills and ability to meet concurrent near and longterm deadlines and milestones
  • Experience with handling and basic manipulation of digital assets, including video, images, and content
