Job Description Summary:


Do you have a passion for problem solving, developing process improvement initiatives, and managing marketing related projects? STEMCELL technologies is looking for a Project Manager to join our Marketing team.

This is a unique opportunity to initiate the planning and execution of a range of interdisciplinary projects.

In this role, you will ensure project deliverables are completed on time and on budget, and drive stakeholder management and communication.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establishes and executes detailed project charter, plans, and objectives to outline timelines and project deliverables
  • Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project
  • Works with stakeholders at all levels and inspires others to achieve goals and deliverables through facilitation and effective communication
  • Adheres to STEMCELL's project management framework (PMI). Seeks and shares any applicable learnings with the rest of the Project & Program Management team

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Minimum BSc degree and 57 years of experience managing multidisciplinary projects, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A graduate degree, PMP, or other Project Management certifications (CAPM, Prosci, etc.) would be considered an asset
  • Related experience in project management with a wide range of stakeholder groups
  • Experience communicating and influencing within a complex interdisciplinary environment
  • Skills in project and program management fundamentals, cross functional communications, project risk analysis, stakeholder communications, project risk management, process mapping, business analysis, and project resource allocation
