We offer you an exciting and challenging work environment as a Marketing Manager (full-time) at our Downtown Vancouver office and collaborating on a variety of projects at varying stages in its lifecycle.

Our Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Director of Marketing.

This individual will have the opportunity to work with and create relationships with clients and suppliers, and have a strong influence in developing and executing all elements of the marketing plan and strategy.


As we work with a hybrid remote policy, please note, only residents of the Lower Mainland will be considered at this time as we do require team members to collaborate in office and/or in person as needed.

Full-time remote positions are not available at this time.

Depending on experience and interest, responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Create Brand and Positioning powerpoint and post document while working with the Director of Marketing on the content, flow and positioning
  • Creating collaborative marketing strategies theme, product positioning and creative branding for real estate development projects with the Portfolio Teams
  • Critically think about the marketing and sales tools that are needed for each project which help achieve overall goals and objectives and are executed on time and within budget
  • Strategize advertising campaigns including: print, online and outdoor media strategies, advertising design and editorials
  • Add creative thinking, feedback and recommendations to product development (unit mix, interior design, etc.)
  • Build close relationships with each Sales Team to ensure they have the tools necessary to perform their role
  • Works with Customer Care, Advisory, Corporate Marketing and Sales
  • Has a strong understanding of MLA Canada's services and work flow
  • Initiates pricing strategies with multiple departments in preparation for client meetings
  • Influence website development and management, working with a website developer
  • Oversee photography management including: scouting models, location and suppliers
  • Responsible for print material including: stationary, brochures, floorplans, feature sheets, flyers
  • Strategize and execute on marketing and sales elements of presentation centres where applicable
  • Create and manage budgets and the communication with your internal team and our clients
  • Be an ambassador of MLA Canada inside and outside of our offices
  • Strong and confident boardroom presentation skills
  • Ability to handle 46 projects simultaneously
  • Works with, trains and educates project coordinators on executional tasks in Portfolio team (if applicable)
  • Support in growing strong client relationships
  • Remain well versed in Asana, Smartsheet and Avesdo

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing which include experience in interior design, development, creative agency, or PR
  • Relevant education (Certificate/Diploma/Degree) from a recognized institute
  • Is focused on always pushing the limit and creating new benchmarks
  • Ability to project manage efficiently and effectively while meeting critical deadlines
  • Ability to produce results independently while maintaining a positive team environment
  • Energetic and professional. Natural at developing relationships and working with clients and colleagues
  • A keen attention to detail with an ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • A great communicator with strong organization skills
  • Timemanagement skills working under pressure with multiple projects and timelines
  • Proficient in reviewing collateral both grammatically and visually
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering successful creative and strategic marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written, graphic and verbal communication skills
