We are looking to fill a full time role for a Client Placement Solutions Manager on our commercial lines team.

How you'll make an impact

You will develop and acquire new business revenue from new and existing clients and assigned prospects in insurance sectors or market areas. In addition, you will also act as a representative for select associations in key segments while working on a fun and collaborative team.

  • You will help to develop new business and manage client relationships, which will include interviewing clients for prospective risk exposures/issues and presenting quotes
  • To achieve sales targets, you will work on planning and prioritizing sales activities
  • You work own the client renewal process, which includes arranging and attending appointments and providing updated file information for renewal and/or re-marketing when necessary
  • Represent the company in select associations
  • Communicating, liaising and negotiating internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
About you
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required.
  • License required.
    Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred.
  • Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
