Bookings Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Work with bookings and databases
  • Answer and direct phone calls, coordinate schedule and client visits
  • Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports
  • Maintain a filing system as per management requirements
  • Perform regular data entry
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Work with clients, entry level customer care
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirements:

  • Should be available for 2 weeks training in the office
  • Proven experience as a Booking agent and/or Administrative Assistant with reservation duties
  • Good understanding of QuickBooks Pro is advantage
  • Databases data entry and data management experience
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
