Tabangi Auto Group is one of the largest, fastest-growing independent dealer groups in Ontario. We are a family owned business that has been serving and supporting the GTA community for over 25 years Our approach is to provide the best customer experience, and that level of service has made us a leader in the automotive industry.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Perform related administrative tasks as requested by management
- Completing and invoicing service orders in a timely manner
- Creating and filing purchase orders
- Taking inbound/outbound calls from customers regarding service issues and resolution of complaints.
- Preparation of key tags for new arrivals
- Ensuring safety inspection sheets are completed and filed daily
- Maintenance of accurate and uptodate log books/spreadsheets
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Passion for growth and learning
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Must be able to work Full Time from Monday to Friday
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Previous automotive dealership and PBS experience is an asset
- Must have key computer skills and/or experience with Google Drive as an asset
- Team oriented individual with a positive attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excels in a fastpaced environment and able to meet deadlines accordingly
- Willingness to be trained on licensing administration

$21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
