We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Strategic Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team.

As the
Strategic Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) POS system for our highest value clients while fostering strong client relationships.

This role requires advanced expertise in POS technology and a proven track record of successful implementations.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and high-value clients to ensure the successful deployment of our solutions, providing a white-glove, high-touch human experience.


What you'll be responsible for:

POS Solution Implementation:

  • Lead the endtoend implementation of POS solutions for our highestvalue customers, ensuring a personalized approach.
  • Ensure the configuration and customization of POS systems meet the unique requirements of each highvalue client.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and goals.

Project Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for POS implementations, incorporating whiteglove service principles.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Underwriting, Billing, and Support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of implementation projects.
  • Provide whiteglove service by anticipating client needs, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for our highest value clients during the implementation phase, fostering a high human touch experience.
  • Conduct regular checkins, building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Technical Expertise:

  • Collaborate with technical teams to address clientspecific configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Installation of Hardware:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the hardware installation process.

Training and Documentation:

  • Conduct comprehensive, personalized training sessions for clients, tailoring the approach for their unique needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for clients and internal teams.
  • Seek continuous improvement by gathering client feedback and adapting implementation processes accordingly.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of POS system implementations.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation to guarantee the functionality and reliability of the implemented solutions.

Project Documentation:

  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and postimplementation reviews.

What you'll be bringing to the team:

  • Proven experience as an Implementation Consultant, preferably in the POS technology industry, with a focus on high value clients.
  • Advanced knowledge of POS technology and solutions
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on building relationships.
  • Strong written and oral communication in both French and English

  • Self starter that seeks to identify and improve processes
  • Experience with high GTV clients in the hospitality industry
