As a Project Coordinator, National Real Estate your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with the Project Manager to manage facility renovations, office refresh projects, move-out projects (including office decommissioning)
  • Support in customizing the Project Charter for each project by preparing project documentation that summarizes the project scope, cost, and schedule
  • Work with local office resources and other stakeholders to champion any project through logístical coordination
  • Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines.
  • Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, coordinated and in alignment with our facility governance model
  • Lead "smallscale" projects with the oversight of the Project Manager
  • Champion all the requisite project documents properly throughout the project life cycle until the project closeout including commercial management
  • Assist in coordination of team meetings for facility projects and maintain and circulate meeting minutes in a timely manner
  • Keep track of change orders by maintaining a change order log
  • Responsible for updating the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions) Log and keep track of open items
  • Ensures that weekly progress reports are developed and shared via defined communication channels
  • Travel will be required to visit project sites to attend coordination meetings, deficiency walkthroughs, and turnover

  • PMP/CAPM Designation is an asset
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in construction coordination, document control, and contractor management
  • Working experience with scheduling using MS Project is required
  • Familiarity with construction processes and activities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
  • Experience with AutoCAD or any Drawing Software is an asset
  • Experience with PowerBI is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills with the a bility to multitask and effectively manage time and workload
