- Coordinate property viewings and schedule appointments for potential buyers or tenants.
- Prepare and distribute real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Conduct research on available properties and market trends to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings and social media promotions.
- Coordinate with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers, inspectors, and contractors, to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a real estate or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
