As a Real Estate Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate operations by assisting with various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of real estate listings, including accurate data entry and regular updates.
  • Coordinate property viewings and schedule appointments for potential buyers or tenants.
  • Prepare and distribute real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and agreements.
  • Conduct research on available properties and market trends to assist clients in making informed decisions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings and social media promotions.
  • Coordinate with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers, inspectors, and contractors, to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a real estate or customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
